Who we are

James Clevely, trading as InboxZero AI is the data controller for personal data processed through InboxZero AI. Contact: hello@silverliningdigital.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Account details (email address, name, login credentials) — to create and run your account (contract).
• Subscription status — to give you access to your plan (contract).
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, pages used) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to answer your questions (legitimate interests).

Card and payment details are collected directly by Paddle, not by us.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and run the Service.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities, where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and delete or anonymise it within 30 days of closure, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or move your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. We respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.

Cookies

We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
